Warranty

• Lifetime warranty, which means Upgradeable memory can be returned at any time for replacement or repair. The exception is Flash memory which has a minimum 12 month warranty.
• You have a money back guarantee, which means you can return the memory for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied in anyway.
• Our upgrades do not void the manufacturer's warranty.
• Stress free replacement and return policy

Shipping Options

• International Express with tracking (2 - 4 Days) - US$5 to US$10 (depending on your location)
• Hold for your collection - No Charge
• Hold for collection by your courier - No Charge
• Free shipping if your order is above US$100 (Valid until October 31st, 2008)

Stock

• Most items are in stock and are shipped by close of business when payment has been confirmed.
• Backordered items are shipped every Monday afternoon. You will be notified immediately if your purchase is put into backorder.

Tax

• All prices quoted do NOT include any Australian government taxes (GST) which does not have to be paid for customers outside of Australia (that's you).
• Upgradeable is not liable for any import or custom duties that may apply to your country or shipment.
